At Simplwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
